个人简介:2014年于中北大学获工学博士学位,2015年聘为副教授,2021年聘为教授。2018.09-2019.09美国The University of Texas at Arlington访问学者。现任山西省铁电物理微纳器件与系统重点实验室主任。

主要从事先进结构设计与制造、碳基光电器件等方面的基础理论研究及创新应用工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、军科委创新特区项目、装发预研重点基金项目、山西省重点研发计划项目、科工局基础科研子课题等科研项目10余项,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金委“叶企孙”基金、科工局基础科研重点项目、军科委创新特区项目、军科委X73项目等各类项目10项;发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文30余篇(TOP期刊11篇);作为主要完成人授权国家发明专利10余项;近3年指导研究生13人,其中2获研究生国家奖学金,5人获特等奖学金,3人获山西省研究生创新项目支持;1人获山西省优秀硕士论文。
